Krystal Beverly

Krystal was awarded the Academic Excellence Award her 9th, 10th, and 12th grade years. To be awarded this a students must obtain an average of 93 from the past 3 semesters. She has been awarded the History Department Award, the Presidential Award, the Educational Excellence Celebration Award. She was eligible for both Honor Roll and Bearkat Honor Roll throughout her high school years. She has participated in National Honor Society, NOBLE Scholar, and Who's Who Among American High School Students. Krystal played basketball her freshman and sophmore years. Then, became interested in softball her sophomore, junior, and senior years. She received honorable mention in softball. In addition, she was a gold medalist at the 2000 U.S. Junior Olympics in Taekwando. She has been a participant and President of FFA. She received 1st place for land judging and received the best individual score in district. She is currently the President of FFA, FCA, Spanish Club; Vice President and Class Treasurer; Secretary of the National Honor Society. She has participated in UIL events and been a member of the Student Council. She has been nominated student of the month, high school hero, Senior Homecoming Duchess, and Friendliest. Her hobbies are softball, working out, hanging with friends, and sleeping
