Huntington High School
At the end of this school year, I will graduate, hopefully as valedictorian. I have had many people help me along my way, and I am very grateful for them. My mom is great and she is always there for me when I need her. I have a sister, Megan, and a brother, Syd. My family is very important to me. I am a member of First Ora Missionary Baptist Church where I teach the Primary Sunday School Class. This church is where I was raised and the people there are like my second family. After I graduate, I will go to Stephen F. Austin in the fall. I love teaching children, so after college I will be an elementary school teacher. I am involved in many organizations at scool, such as Texas Association of Future Educators; Academic Decathlon; KYSSED; Angelina County Drug Free All-Stars; Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America; and National Honor Society. I have great friends who give me encouragement every day. Without God, my church, family, friends, and many dedicated, wonderful teachers, I could have never been as excited about life and ready to try my hardest at everything I do. I am thankful for everyone who has encouraged me to be the best person I can be.
