BEAUMONT, TX (News Release) - NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - The Nacogdoches Police and Fire departments have made an arrest in what they believe was a burglary and arson.

Allen Kamal Pasha, 29, of Nacogdoches is accused of burglarizing and burning a mobile home, which belongs to a Nacogdoches County jailer, on the 2200 block of Pearl Street.

"Some of the rooms that were not damaged, she had noticed some items gone, out of those rooms, so it's kinda turned into a burglary and an arson," Fire Marshal Del Birdweel said in a Monday interview.

Pasha was arrested Monday on a warrant for burglary. He was served a warrant for arson on Tuesday.
