U.S. Marshals Office arrests final suspect from night of Trinity sheriff's death

UNDATED (KTRE) - The U.S. Marshals Office has arrested a man wanted in a case in which a Trinity County sheriff was responding to the night of his death.

Cole Brown was arrested without incident in Missouri, according to Texas Ranger Pete Maskunas.

Sheriff Brent Lee was responding to a 911 call when he was killed in a car wreck.

It is believed Brown, Dalon Rains, Joey Grey and Angela Fannin were involved in the shots-fired call Lee was rushing to. All are charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Rains, Grey and Fannin were arrested in January. The alleged crime occurred in Dec. 2008.
