ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - The Angelina County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man who authorities say had a 15-year-old girl with Down Syndrome perform a sexual act on him.

According to an arrest affidavit, on Tuesday, a nine-year-old witness walked into the bedroom of Frank Robinson Jr., 19, and saw the girl giving oral sex to Robinson.

The affidavit states Robinson shoved the witness and told him to leave the room. The witness then ran to Robinson's sister and told her what he had seen.

According to the affidavit, the girl did not live at the house, located on U.S. 69 North, but was dropped off there by her mother, who is dating Robinson's brother, who also lives at the house.

Robinson's sister called the sheriff's office and a deputy transported Robinson to the jail, the affidavit states.

After speaking with the girl's mother and discovering the severity of the Down Syndrome, Inv. Seth Stover arranged for an interview at the Alliance of Children.

The girl did not immediately cooperate with the interview, so the witness explained what he had seen and used dolls to demonstrate what he had seen.

The sheriff's office charged Robinson Wednesday with aggravated sexual assault of a disabled person. He is being held in the jail on a $150,000 bond.

Robinson has a criminal history, including a 2004 conviction for delivery of a controlled substance.
