4/15/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Criminal mischief - 2900 block of Santa Fe Place: Entry was made to a vacant residence without permission. Nothing was taken.

Theft - 2000 block of South Street - A known suspect entered a business and stole over $60.00 in merchandise. Warrant requested.

Possession of marijuana - 300 block of North Sanders: Officer contacted a male suspect on a traffic stop. He was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. He was arrested.

Criminal mischief - 100 block of East Seale: Unknown suspects cut four tires on a vehicle that was parked in a yard.

Theft - 3200 block of Warwick: Four (4) solar lights were stolen from a yard by unknown suspects.

Theft - 4810 North Street (Wal- Mart): A person was suspected of stealing merchandise from Wal mart for over two months. Officers recovered several items from the suspect's residence. The case is still under investigation.

Burglary of a vehicle - 4400 block of Post Oak Road: A garmin gps was stolen from an unsecured vehicle.
