Assault - 100 Block Judith Street: At approximately 3:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to a reported disturbance at a residence located in the 100 block of Judith.  According to the report, the Officers found at that location a husband and wife who provided the Officers differing accounts of a disturbance that had occurred prior to the Officers' arrival, neither of which could be readily confirmed.  The report stated that the subjects did not report any assault injuries and were not staying in the same household so an arrest was not made and the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 400 Block Montrose Street: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 7:00 on Monday, June 14, 2010 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) damaged a window of a residence located in the 400 block of Montrose Street.  According to the report, the complainant believes that the actor(s) shot at the window with a BB-gun, causing a hole through the window.  The report stated that the complainant provided the name of a possible suspect and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 100 Block East Menefee Avenue: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 6:15 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) damaged a window of a residence located in the 100 block of East Menefee Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that while inside of the residence she heard the sound of breaking glass and discovered that the actor(s) had broken a window, but the complainant did not observe anyone outside of the residence.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Terroristic Threat - 900 Block Trailwood Boulevard: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 5:00 P.M. that date several unidentified suspects threatened to assault the complainant in the 900 block of Trailwood Boulevard.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspects threatened to assault him after he informed the suspects that the swimming pool at that location is for use by residents and is not open to the general public.  The report stated that the suspects had left the area prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department but the complainant provided descriptions of the suspects and their vehicle, and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 2500 Block Davisville Road: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between March 01, 2010 and June 10, 2010 someone caused extensive damage to a residence located in the 2500 block of Davisville Road.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a tenant recently moved out of the residence and that upon inspection of the residence the complainant discovered the damage.  The report stated that the complainant provided identifying information for the previous tenant and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Credit Card Abuse - 600 Block South First Street: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified actor(s) fraudulently utilized the complainant's credit card.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the fraudulent charge of approximately $580.00 was made at a hotel located in the United Kingdom.

Credit Card Abuse - 1900 Block Birdsong Road: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified actor(s) fraudulently utilized the complainant's credit card.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she received telephone calls from businesses asking if she had purchased items of the total value of more than $2,000.00.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she did not make or authorize the purchases and does not know who made the purchases. .  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Fraud - 2100 Block South First Street: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified actor(s) fraudulently withdrew funds from the complainant's bank account.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forged a signature on a withdraw slip and withdrew at least $1,000.00 from the account.  The report stated that the actor(s) may have withdrawn additional funds from the account and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 200 Block Jodie Avenue: On Tuesday, June 15, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 12:30 P.M. that date a known suspect stole merchandise from a business located in the 200 block of Jodie Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect walked out of the business wearing a pair of boots for which he had not made payment and that the suspect fled the area prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
