6/18/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Burglary of Habitation - 200 King: Neighbor was checking the home of the complainant and found the back door broke open.  Unknown what was taken until the owner comes home.

Theft X2 (Shoplifting) - 4800 North Street: Store security observed two subjects take two backpacks from the store and stuff them full of electronics.  The subjects tried to leave with them but were stopped and detained until police arrived and arrested them.

DWLI and Unlawful carry of weapon - 100 Craven: Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found that the drivers DL was suspended.  Subject was arrested and officer located a club and a 9 ½ inch knife in the vehicle.

DWI - 100 E Lane: stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and found the driver to be intoxicated.

BMV - 2100 Pearl: Unknown subject broke out the complaints window to his vehicle and stole a stereo.

BMV - 2600 N University: Unknown subject entered complainant's unlocked vehicle and took an IPOD, wallet and a case of powerade.

BMV - 3200 Pearl: Unknown subject entered complainant's unlocked vehicle and removed the stereo.

BMV - 2600 N University: Unknown subject entered complainant's unlocked vehicle and removed the stereo, cash and a cell phone charger.

BMV - 200 Bowie: Unknown subject removed two fishing rods from the back of the complainant's truck.

Burglary of Habitation - 3000 Lilly: Unknown subject entered the complainant's residence and took several items of jewelry.

Theft - 1200 South: Complainant left her I-Phone on the counter while paying for her groceries.  When she went back to the store unknown subject had taken it.

Continuous Violence against a Family Member - 1300 Pruitt Hill: Officer arrested a subject for grabbing his girlfriend's neck and scratching it during an argument.  Officers check records and found that within a year the same subject choked his girlfriend.  Subject was arrested.

Criminal Mischief - 2800 Pearl: Unknown subject keyed the complainant's vehicle.
