LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Lufkin Police have arrested a Lufkin man who they say used a brick to break into Taco Casa and stole a TV.

Det. J.B. Smith said surveillance video showed a man break into the restaurant and pull a TV from the wall around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday. While investigating the case, Officer Chris Nash said he observed a man in the area around 2 a.m., who matched the person in the surveillance video.

Officers questioned Kenneth Lee Hair, 36, and arrested him on an outstanding warrant for assault, which had been issued by the Angelina County Sheriff's Office. Following an investigation, police served him a warrant for burglary on Wednesday afternoon.
