Assault - 2900 Block South John Redditt Drive: On Friday, June 25, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 3:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M. that date a known male suspect assaulted the complainant inside of a residence located in the 2900 block of South John Redditt Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect slapped and pushed her and that her toe was lacerated during the altercation.  According to the report, the suspect fled the area prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer photographed the complainant's reported injuries and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Disturbance/Domestic - 3000 Block South First Street: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant spoke via telephone with a Lufkin Police Department Officer and reported that between 10:30 P.M. and 11:30 P.M. that date the complainant's boyfriend, a person with whom the complainant cohabitants, assaulted the complainant inside of a residence located in the 3000 block of South First Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect grabbed her throat and pushed her against a wall and that she left the residence to stay with family members.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Fight In Progress - 1100 Block Herman Street: At approximately 10:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 24, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to a disturbance-in-progress call in the 1100 block of Herman Street.  According to the report, as Officers arrived at the scene they observed approximately thirty subjects running from the area, away from the Officers.  According to the report, an Officer attempted to stop a vehicle believed to have been involved in the disturbance but the vehicle fled from the Officer until it reach Turner Avenue where the five male occupants exited the vehicle and fled on foot.  The report stated that the Officers were unable to locate the fleeing subjects and that they were unable to locate a complainant concerning the reported disturbance.

Theft - 400 Block Vivion Street: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 12:00 P.M. and 10:00 P.M. that date a known female suspect stole currency from within the complainant's residence, located in the 400 block of Vivion Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect stole $40.00 the complainant had hidden within a bible.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 900 Block Jane Street: At approximately 9:30 P.M. on Thursday, June 24, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to a disturbance-in-progress call in the 900 block of Jane Street.  According to the report, a female complainant reported to the Officers that a known male suspect had caused two scratches to her wrist but the suspect denied having caused the scratches.  The report stated that the scratches displayed by the complainant were too faint to appear in photographs and that the complainant was directed to contact the Lufkin City Attorney's office to sign a complainant concerning the reported Class C Misdemeanor Assault.

Retaliation - 100 Block Gatewood Drive: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a known male suspect had threatened via telephone to assault the complainant.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect's threats were to assault the complainant in retaliation for the complainant's prior report to Lufkin Police Department concerning criminal mischief committed by the suspect.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Identity Theft - 300 East Shepherd Avenue: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that on or about January 1, 2005 the complainant lost her purse and identification in the Lufkin area and that she recently learned that sometime since that date Hudson Police Department and a Beaumont, Texas area law enforcement agency issued traffic citations to someone using the complainant's name.  The complainant stated that she did not report the lost purse and identification until now and that she was not the person that the received the citations.

Burglary/Habitation - 400 Block Martin Luther King Boulevard: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 9:00 A.M. and 5:45 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's residence, located in the 400 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) entered the residence through a window and removed from within the residence a DVD player and currency.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Disorderly Conduct - 600 Block South Timberland Drive: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 5:00 P.M. that date an unidentified male suspect exposed his genitalia to the complainant outside of a business located in the 600 block of South Timberland Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that as she carried boxes to the business' dumpster the suspect called her to come closer to his vehicle and then exposed himself to her before driving away.  The report stated that the complainant described the suspect as a white, male with short, black hair wearing a white T-shirt and black basketball shorts and stated that the suspect's vehicle was a maroon-in-color Suburban.  The report stated that that the business' security video camera system will be checked in an attempt to identify the suspect and the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 1600 Block Atkinson Drive: On Thursday, June 24, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between at approximately 1:30 P.M. that date three unidentified suspects stole merchandise from a business located in the 1600 block of Atkinson Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspects concealed beneath their clothes soft-drinks and clothing and then exited the store without making payment.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers were unable to locate the suspect and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 1200 Block Keltys Street: At approximately 12:45 P.M. on Thursday, June 24, 2010, two female complainants contacted Lufkin Police Department and they each reported that the other complainant had assaulted them.  According to the report, the complainants were at separate locations when they spoke with Lufkin Police Department Officers.  The report stated that one reported that the other threw dirt at her vehicle and one reported that the other threatened her by displaying a knife.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 900 Block South John Redditt Drive: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that he lost his wallet on June 22, 2010 and on Thursday, June 24, 2010 a City of Lufkin employee located the wallet on College Drive.  The complainant stated that two credit cards were not found with the wallet.
