6/27 Nacogdoches Police report

300 N Church St ~ Burglary of a Building ~ Complainant alleges that unknown person(s) made unlawfully entry into a storage building on 06/19/10 and removed a craftsman weed eater and craftsman leaf blower.  Complainant alleges that he was getting ready to mow on this date and discovered a craftsman lawn push mower missing.

4500 North St ~ Assault (FV) ~ Officers responded to 4500 block of North St. to investigate a disturbance.  Upon arrival, complainant advised that her live in boyfriend threw a purse striking her in the facial area.  Complainant left Wal-Mart and drove to Hastings.  The suspect followed her on foot and once there would not allow complainant to enter her vehicle.  Suspect was observed by witnesses punching on complainant's window.

2600 North St ~ Possession of controlled substance  ~ Officers responded to a noise complaint at Whataburger.  Officers contacted suspect playing loud music in his vehicle.  Suspect was also found to be in possession of suspected ecstasy. 

4000 South St ~ POM ~ Officers contacted a suspect on a traffic violation and found the suspect to be in possession of a clear plastic baggy of marijuana.  Subject was arrested. 

2700 Logan Circle ~ Burglary of a Habitation  ~ Complainant alleges that unknown suspect(s) entered her residence on 06/22/10 and removed $40 in cash and several DVDs.  complainant states that she called the police tonight due to the fact that she observed someone hiding behind her residence. 

2900 NW Stallings Dr ~ DWI/Unlawful Carry of a Weapon/ Fail to ID ~ Suspect contacted for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated.  Suspect also found to be in possession of a handgun. Suspect also provided officers with a fictitious name and date of birth.  He was arrested and taken to NLEC for holding.

3000 N. University Dr ~ Burglary of a Building ~ Officers responded to a business alarm at Regions Bank ATM on University Dr.  officers found the ATM door had been forced open.  Officers located fresh blood on the door.  Officers collected samples of the blood for evidence.  The safe was not entered unknown at this if anything else was taken.
