6/28/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Unauthorized use of a vehicle - 2000 block of North Stallings drive: A known suspect took a vehicle without the owner's permission. The vehicle was later located.

Assault-burglary of a habitation - 700 block of Home Avenue: During a disturbance, a known suspect slapped his girlfriend. The suspect later returned to the residence and entered the house without permission. Officers could not get the suspect to come out. After talking with him, the suspect surrendered and was arrested.

Hit and run - 2100 block of Banita Street: Complainant's vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene.

Burglary - 2900 block of North University drive: A door was forced on a building and a bucket containing quarters was stolen.

Possession of marijuana - 900 block of Oakhill Plaza: Officers working security stopped a vehicle speeding through the complex. A passenger in the vehicle was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.

Criminal mischief - 3600 block of South Street: Nacogdoches Police officer discovered several vehicles broken into at a car lot. The building was also found to have damage, in an attempt to enter.
