Firearm/Shots Fired - 900 Block Carrol Avenue: At approximately 12:45 A.M. on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to a shots-fired call in the 900 block of Carrol Avenue.  According to the report, no injuries were reported related to the gun shots but at least on bullet struck a residence located in the 900 block of Carrol Avenue.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 5500 Block Champions Drive: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified suspect assaulted, by contact, a twelve-year-old female at a neighborhood swimming pool located in the 5500 block of Champions Drive.  According to the report the suspect, described as a white, male approximately sixty years old, grabbed the juvenile's ankle as she swam away from him.  The report stated that the incident did not the juvenile cause pain but that the contact was unwanted.  The report stated that Lufkin Police Department Officers were unable to locate the suspect and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Habitation - 1100 Block Carolyn Street: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a residence located in the 1100 block of Carolyn Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) removed from within the residence a video gaming system.  The report stated that signs of forced entry into the residence were not observed and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Harassment - 1200 Block West Frank Avenue: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 10:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. that date an unidentified caller made repeated harassing telephone calls to the complainant's mobile telephone.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she does not know the male caller.  The report stated that the telephone number from which the calls appear to have originated was collected and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Habitation - 100 Block Leach Street: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 7:30 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a residence located in the 100 block of Leach Street. According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the residence by removing a protective screen from a window and removed from within the residence a digital camera and video game discs.  The report stated that the complainant provided a name of a possible suspect and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Vehicle - 1900 Block Tulane Drive: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 2:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 1900 block of Tulane Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the vehicle by prying on the vehicle's door and door lock and removed from within the vehicle a GPS unit, wallet, and beautician tools.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Vehicle - 3800 Block South Medford Drive: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 1:00 P.M. and 2:30 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 3800 block of South Medford Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the vehicle and removed from within it a purse containing currency, identification, and credit cards.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 700 Block Hoskins Street: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 12:00 P.M. that date a known suspect assaulted the complainant at a residence located in the 700 block of Hoskins Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her girlfriend, a person with whom the complainant cohabitates, used her hand to chock the complainant and that the complainant fled the residence prior to contacting Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Forgery/Counterfeiting - 400 Block Montrose Avenue: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that someone intercepted and cashed the income tax refund check.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he suspects his father, who has the same name as the complainant, of the forgery but that his father denied receiving the check.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Fraud - 4600 Block South Medford Drive: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, an employee of a restaurant located in the 4600 block of South Medford Drive reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified suspect used to deaf caller relay line to place a large food order and requested that the food be delivered to New York.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the caller wanted the complainant to charge $900 to a credit card for delivery of the food to New York but the complainant refused and contacted Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft/Felony - 1600 Block East Denman Avenue: On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that unidentified actors forced entry into a fenced area of a business, located in the 1600 block of East Denman Avenue, and stole a utility trailer loaded with scrap metal.  According to the report, the actor cut a lock and chain securing the fence then connected the trailer to a vehicle and drove away.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
