LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Lufkin Police responded to a residential neighborhood for a residence being struck by a bullet.
Police say officers were called out to the 900 block of Carrol Avenue just before 1 a.m. Wednesday on a report that shots were fired.
According to the report, no injuries were reported related to the gun shots but at least one bullet struck a nearby residence located in the neighborhood. The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
