Crunchy Banana Splits

1 small banana, peeled and sliced lengthwise into 2 slices

3 scoops Blue Bell Caramel Kettle Crunch ice cream (approximately 1/3 cup each)

1/3 cup purchased caramel coated popcorn

1 T. caramel dessert topping

1 T. candy-coated chocolate candies

1 T. candy-coated peanut butter candies

2-3 T. canned whipped cream

1 T. chopped roasted peanuts

 

Place banana slices on a chilled dessert plate, side-by-side with flat side facing up.  Top slices with 3 scoops of ice cream.  Top each scoop with a teaspoon of caramel topping.  Sprinkle one "outside" scoop with chocolate candies.  Sprinkle the other "outside" scoop with peanut butter candies.  Add a twist of whipped cream to the top of the center scoop and sprinkle with peanuts.  Serve immediately.  Can be shared.  Makes one or two servings.
