7/3/10 Lufkin Police report

BURGLARY/VEHICLE, 3200 Block of DANIEL MCCALL: Officer patrolling apartment complex parking lot found two vehicles with broken out drivers side windows.  Owners contacted and they were not able to locate anything missing at time of report.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE, 3200 Block of DANIEL MCCALL DR: Woman reported that when she walked out to her vehicle, she found her passenger side window broken out and the factory stereo stolen from the vehicle.

THEFT/,  4505 Block of S MEDFORD DR: Store manager reported over $700.00 was discovered missing from the business's locked safe.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE, 4600 Block of MEDFORD: Officer patrolling the mall parking lot was flagged down by a man reporting that he returned to his vehicle to find the passenger side window broken out and approximately $40.00 in merchandise recently purchased stolen from the vehicle.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE, 4600 Block of S MEDFORD DR: Woman reported that when she returned to her vehicle in the mall parking lot, she found the passenger side window had been broken out and her GPS stolen. 

BURGLARY/VEHICLE, 4600 Block of S MEDFORD DR: Officer patrolling parking lots was contacted by a woman who reported that when she returned to her vehicle after eating at restaurant, she found that someone had entered her unlocked vehicle and had stolen two cell phones and an IPOD Nano.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE, 100 Block of MILES DR: Officer was dispatched to a theater parking lot in reference to two vehicles burglarized.  The victim's vehicle had been forcefully entered by breaking out the driver's door window, but nothing was found to be missing.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,     1700 Block of block of FRANK Officer responded to several vehicles burglarized in Pilgrim's Pride parking lots.  The victim's vehicle had been forcefully entered by breaking out the passenger door window.  Several hundred dollars worth of stereo equipment was reported to have been stolen from vehicle.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,   1700 Block of FRANK: Officer responded to several vehicles burglarized in Pilgrim's Pride parking lots.  The victim's vehicle had been forcefully entered by breaking out the passenger door window.  Several CD's were reported to have been stolen from vehicle.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,    100 Block of MILES: Officer was dispatched to a theater parking lot in reference to two vehicles burglarized.  The victim's vehicle had been forcefully entered by breaking out the driver's door window.  A GPS system was reported to have been stolen from vehicle.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,   1700 Block of FRANK: Officer responded to several vehicles burglarized in Pilgrim's Pride parking lots.  The victim's vehicle had been forcefully entered by breaking out the driver's door window.  Approximately $1,000.00 worth of electronics was reported to have been stolen from vehicle.  

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,  4500 Block of S MEDFORD DR: Woman reported her vehicle had been forcefully entered by breaking out the passenger's door window.  Approximately $30.00 in coin change was reported to have been stolen from vehicle.

FORGERY,    300 block of SHEPHERD: Man reported someone has taken the routing and account numbers from his checking account and has forged checks in Lufkin and around Texas

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,    600 Block of S MEDFORD DR: Mall security reported a window broken out of a vehicle in the parking lot.  Officer was not able to contact the registered owner at time of report.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,     100 Block of MILES:Cinema employee reported that she walked out to the parking lot and observed the passenger door window on her vehicle had been broken and her wallet stolen from the vehicle.        

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,          4600 Block of S MEDFORD: Mall security reported a window broken out of a vehicle in the parking lot.  Owner reported a box full of papers and an ashtray were the only items found stolen from the vehicle. 

ASSAULT,                 600 Block of S TIMBERLAND: Woman reported she was assaulted by her neighbor because she thought she was having an affair with her husband.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE,                   4600 Block of MEDFORD: Man reported that someone forcefully entered his vehicle by prying open the passenger door.  Two knives, a flashlight, a child's gold necklace, and a flight phone were reported stolen from the vehicle.     

THEFT,         100 Block of LOST PINES: Woman reported that someone at her work stole her cell phone she had left there.

THEFT,              1200 Block of CALIFORNIA ST: Woman reported that two subjects came to her house and knocked on the door.  She advised that when she did not answer the door, one of them took their bicycle that was in front of the residence.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE      2700 Block of HOMER ALTO: Woman reported that when looking over her bank statements, she discovered that someone had been using her debit card without her consent.

THEFT,         1200 Block of S CHESTNUT: Woman reported that someone stole a $600.00 check and $35.00 cash from her purse from her desk at the office where she works.

FORGERY,       1800 Block of FRANK: Store reported a subject a couple of weeks ago passed a fictitious check at their customer service desk.

FRAUD,          100 Block of GASLIGHT MEDICAL: Doctor reported that someone has been using her name and information to obtain prescription drugs that she did not prescribe using forged prescriptions.

CRIMINAL MISCH  200 Block of GENE SAMFORD: Office manager reported that sometime during the night, someone threw a large piece of concrete through the glass doors of the clinic.

BURGLARY/ VEHICLE                  300 Block of S JOHN REDDITT: Woman reported that someone broke out the driver's side door window and went through the contents of her vehicle.  Nothing found to be missing at time of report.
