Burglary/Habitation - 1000 Block Cain Street: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 4:30 P.M. on July 5, 2010 and 2:30 A.M. on July 7, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's residence, located in the 1000 block of Cain Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the residence by damaging an entry door and removed from within the residence clothes and shoes.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 700 Block Glenn Avenue: On Wednesday, July 7, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 2:30 A.M. that date a known suspect damaged property at the complainant's residence, located in the 700 block of Glenn Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her ex-boyfriend broke a window of the residence and fled the area prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers were unable to locate the suspect and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Habitation - 700 Block Clark Avenue: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's residence, located in the 700 block of Clark Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the residence by damaging a window and damaged a television while entering the residence through the window.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 2100 Block Brentwood Drive: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 11:00 A.M. on July 2, 2010 and 7:00 P.M. on July 6, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) flooded the complainant's yard by opening an outdoor water faucet at the complainant's residence, located in the 2100 block of Brentwood Drive.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault/Aggravated - 3200 Block Atkinson Drive: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 7:00 P.M. that date an unidentified male suspect assaulted the complainant outside of the complainant's residence, located in the 3200 block of Atkinson Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the unidentified male suspect appeared at the complainant's residence, engaged the complainant in a verbal altercation, and then used a "three-foot-long knife" in an attempt to strike the complainant.  The report stated that the suspect fled the area by vehicle prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Sex Offender Registration - 300 Block East Shepherd Avenue: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a Lufkin Police Department Officer obtained a warrant for the arrest of Mark Wayne Hall (W/M/06-03-1976) for the offense of Failure to Comply with Registration Requirements, a State Jail Felony offense under Article 62.102 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures.  According to the report, the Officer, while conducting a monthly sex offender registration verification visit, discovered that Mr. Hall was no longer residing at his listed address and was no longer employed by his listed employer.  Mr. Hall's location was unknown at the time of the report.

Assault - 500 Block Homer Street: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 6:30 P.M. that date a known male suspect assaulted the complainant at a residence located in the 500 block of Homer Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her estranged husband threatened to "whoop" her and then left the residence.  The report stated that no physical contact occurred and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 800 Block Oak Avenue: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 1:30 P.M. that date two, unidentified male suspects stole a battery charger from outside of a business located in the 800 block of Oak Avenue.  According to the report, the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer reviewed video files captured by security cameras at a nearby business and observed the unidentified suspects take the charger and flee the area on foot.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 100 Block South End Boulevard: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between July 4, 201 and July 6, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) damaged property outside of the complainant's residence, located in the 100 block of South End Boulevard.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) trampled flowers and broke items located in the yard of the residence.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Habitation - 400 Block Bob Street: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 5:00 A.M. on July 5, 2010 and 4:50 P.M. on July 6, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's residence, located in the 400 block of Bob Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the residence by damaging a window and removed from within the residence jewelry, a VCR, and a pair of tennis shoes.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer collected evidence from the scene and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Vehicle - 1800 Block Sayers Street: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 1800 block of Sayers Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the vehicle by prying at the door and removed from within the vehicle a floor buffer.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

 

Burglary/Vehicle - 4500 Block South Medford Drive: On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 2:15 P.M. and 3:30 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked behind a business located in the 4500 block of South Medford Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking a window and removed from within the vehicle a sack containing the complainant's lunch.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

 

Theft - 300 Block Gaslight Boulevard: At 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 1:30 P.M. that date an unidentified male suspect stole the complainant's wallet from behind the counter at the complainant's place of employment, located in the 300 block of Gaslight Boulevard.  According to the report, the complainant described the suspect as a male subject seen with a customer of the business.  The report stated that the wallet was discovered in a wooded area near the business and that the incident was referred for further investigation.
