LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - KTRE's Expo Trade Days is back this year with something for the whole family.

About 100 vendors are expected to fill the Expo Center with everything from metal art, to woodwork, jewelry and puppies.

For sale by owner will also continue this year where shoppers can check out vehicles, ATVs, RVs and boats.

Organizers say the event brings people in from out of town and helps boost the local economy.

"Watching the people interact when they come out there and they're shopping and I mean, you can get anything from garage sale items to something fancy to put up over your fire place," said Loretta Christmas, who is with the Lufkin Convention and Visitors Bureau. "It is just a large variety of stuff."

Trade days starts this weekend at the Angelina County Expo Center and will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.
