HEMPHILL, TX (KTRE) - The Sabine County Sheriff's Office has made a second arrest in connection to a cross-burning case in Bronson.

Patrick Wayne Jacks, 35, of Bronson, is charged with misdemeanor terroristic threat.

Jacks posted bond Thursday and in an interview said he did not commit the crime. He accused his cousin of lying to investigators, because he was mad at him concerning a child protective services case.

Noah Lee Kincel, 45, of Bronson, was arrested Monday for the same incident.

The investigation began after an apparent cross burning in front of a Bronson resident's home earlier this month.
