1029 SOUTH ST ~ BURGLARY ~ Unknown actor pushed in a window air conditioner unit and entered the business and took a television. The actor also entered an unlocked vehicle in the business and took a stereo unit from the vehicle. The actor then left the business in an unknown direction.
609 E HOSPITAL ~ THEFT ~ The complainant alleged that a known person took money from her purse.
3220 NORTH ST BOH ~ Complainant advised that unknown suspect(s) made entry into her unsecured residence and took a television without her permission.
200 E MAIN ST ~ DWLI ~ Officer conducted a traffic stop, driver was found to have a suspended drivers license for a previous alcohol violation. Driver placed into custody, transported to the NLEC for detention.
3201 PRESS RD ~ BOH ~ Unknown actor entered the residence without force and took several items including cash and firearms without the complainants permission or knowledge. The complainant will file charges if actor identified.
1630 CARDINAL ~ THEFT ~ Unknown actor took two girl's bicycles from where they were chain locked in front of her apartment. There is no suspect information at this time.
1800 BLOCK OF NORTH ST ~ ASSAULT ~ Complainant, and her boyfriend were engaged in a verbal altercation. both subjects ended up assaulting each other. The boyfriend had a current protective order from Washington state where the comp is the protective person. Boyfriend was arrested for assault and violation of protective order and transported to NLEC.
821 LOCK ST ~ ASSAULT (MA) / TERRORISTIC THREATS ~ Complainant, alleges that suspect became upset during an argument and wrapped his arm around her neck. Complainant states that while choking her the actor threaten to kill her. Suspect was arrested.
200 E MAIN ST ~ DWLI ~ Suspect was stop for a traffic violation. A DL check revealed that his driver's license wee revoked for DWI. Suspect was arrested.
911 W MAIN ST ~ FORGERY ~ Complainant alleges that an unknown black male attempted to buy merchandise from a local store with a counterfeit $100 bill. Complainant knew that the bill was fake and held onto it. Complainant advised the suspect that he was calling the police and the suspect left the store in foot.
3200 N UNIVERSITY ~ DWI ~ Crystal Jones drove her vehicle behind the Nacogdoches eye associate building while intoxicated. Jones attempted to clear a curb and damaged her front tire and damaged her oil pan. Jones was arrested for DWI.
1500 SOUTH ST ~ DWI ~ Officers detained a vehicle for operating without headlights when required. During the contact, officers detected an odor of alcoholic beverage. Brandon Puckett was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
2728 NORTH ST ~ BMV ~ Complainant, alleges that an unknown person removed a craftsman generator from the bed of his truck.
