7/26/10 Lufkin Police report

Assault - 1800 Block Sayers Street: At approximately 3:30 A.M. on Monday, July 26, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that her husband assaulted her at a residence located in the 1800 block of Sayers Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect grabbed her shirt collar and forced her to the ground before fleeing the area.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 700 Block McHale Street: On Monday, July 26, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 12:45 A.M. and 1:00 A.M. that date unidentified suspects punctured an inflatable swimming pool in the backyard of the complainant's residence, located in the 700 block of McHale Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that his daughters heard the family dog barking and looked through a window to see two unidentified suspects standing the in their backyard.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspects fled the area when they noticed the witnesses looking at them and that the complainant discovered that his inflatable swimming pool had been punctured.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 200 Block Booker Street: At approximately 10:40 P.M. on Sunday, July 25, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that her boyfriend assaulted her at a residence located in the 200 block of Booker Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect struck her face before fleeing the area by vehicle.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers were unable to locate the suspect in the area or at a family member's residence, and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 2100 Block Keltys Street: On Sunday, July 25, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 4:00 P.M. and 6:20 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) stole property from outside of a vacant residence located in the 2100 block of Keltys Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) stole two, fourteen-foot long plastic culvert tubes from in front of the residence.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
