7/27/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Burglary of a building - 200 block of Muckleroy:  Unknown persons forced entry into a storage building.

Criminal mischief - 3200 block of North Street:  A glass door was broken out of a business.

Credit card abuse - 4800 block of North Street:  Unknown suspect used a credit card without permission to make purchases.

Hit and run - 4800 block of North Street:  A vehicle struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot and left the scene without giving information.

Attempted unauthorized use of a vehicle - 200 block of South Pecan:  A vehicle was forcibly entered and the steering column was damaged in an attempt to steal the vehicle.

Violation of a protective order - 100 block of Oakhill Plaza:  Officers responded where the subject of an active protective order had harassed the complainant. A warrant will be requested.

Fail to stop and render aid - 1600 block of South Street:  A vehicle struck another and left the scene without stopping.

Possession of marijuana - 1500 block of Clevenger Street:  Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and located suspected marijuana inside the vehicle. Two arrests were made.

Assault- 4100 block of North Street: Officers responded to a disturbance and learned that a known suspect had grabbed a victim by the arm. Complainant referred to file in municipal court.
