LUFKIN (KTRE)- An Angelina County district judge sentenced a Lufkin man to 10 years in prison for indecency to a child by exposure Tuesday.

The same judge found 25-year-old Joshua Miller guilty in June of exposing himself in May 2009.  Witnesses testified they saw Miller driving down Timberland Drive with his pants down masturbating, during which he exposed himself to a 12 year old.

Miller did receive credit for his time served and he could be eligible for parole in about two years.
