Cooking Up A Storm Jeremy Cozad's Jalapeno Cheese Grits

Boil 1 and 1/2 cups of water with a pinch of salt. Add 3/4 cup of quick grits. When cooked, add 2 eggs whisked together and 1/2 stick of salted sweet cream butter. Next add 4 oz of cubed pepperjack cheese and 4 oz of cubed sharp cheddar cheese. When it is all melted stir in a small can of green chiles and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on the top and bake at 250 degrees for one hour.
