7/30/10 Burglary/Building 1000 Block South John Redditt Drive At approximately 3:00 A.M. on Friday, July 30, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to an active burglary alarm at a business located in the 1000 block of South John Redditt Drive.  According to the report, the responding Officers observed that an unidentified actor(s) had forced entry into the business by damaging the glass of an entry door.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

7/29/10 Deadly Conduct 3500 Block North John Redditt Drive At approximately 7:15 P.M. on Thursday, July 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that her adult daughter had displayed a handgun during a verbal altercation between the complainant and daughter in the parking lot of High Point Plaza apartment complex, located in the 3500 block of North John Redditt Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she threatened to "whip her" her daughter and her daughter displayed a handgun.  The report stated that, when contacted by the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers, the daughter stated that she did not possess or display a gun.  The report stated that the Officers did not find a gun in the daughter's possession or in her vehicle, and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

7/29/10 Assault/A 100 Block Broaddus Street At approximately 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that her girlfriend assaulted her at their shared residence, located in the 100 block of Broaddus Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that during an argument the suspect pushed her and caused her pain.  The report stated that, when contacted by the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer, the suspect stated that complainant pushed her during an argument so she pushed the complainant.  The report stated that the suspect had left the scene and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

7/29/10 Burglary/Vehicle 2600 Block South First Street On Thursday, July 29, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 12:30 A.M. and 7:30 A.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a vehicle parked in the parking lot of Silver Creek apartment complex, located in the 2600 block of South First Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking one of the vehicle's windows and removed from within the vehicle a GPS receiver.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

7/29/10 Burglary/Building 2800 Block Atkinson Drive At approximately 1:40 A.M. on Thursday, July 29, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to an active burglary alarm at a business located in the 2800 block of Atkinson Drive.  According to the report, the responding Officers observed that an unidentified actor(s) had forced entry into the business by damaging the glass of a window.  According to the report, an employee of the business noted that a laptop computer was missing from within the building.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
