NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man is charged with indecent exposure after he exposed himself in the early hours one July morning, police say.

According to an arrest affidavit, police responded to a call on the 100 block of Rusk Street after a woman said she was sitting in living room and heard a knock on the door. She said she saw a man looking into the window so she opened the door and the man asked if he could come in. She told him no, because she did not know him. She then asked him to leave and closed the door. She then looked out her window and observed him still on her front porch with his pants down masturbating.

She described the suspect, later identified as Damarcus Lajun Skinner, 18, of Lufkin, as a black man wearing no shirt, dark shorts and a white belt hanging down. She said he had a long face and slender build.

The affidavit states an officer received a second call with Skinner doing the same thing on King Street. Officers arrived at the scene and located Skinner. He was questioned and released.

Skinner was arrested on July 18 on an indecent exposure charge for the incident on Rusk Street. He is being held in the Nacogdoches County Jail with no bond.
