Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-AP -- Britain and Germany have reopened their embassies in Saudi Arabia, just three days after closing them following terror warnings.
But security remains tight after this month's suicide bombings in Riyadh, which were followed by terror threats.
The U.S. Embassy is expected to reopen tomorrow.
A U.S. diplomat says the situation seems safe enough to reopen the embassy and the consulates.
After the suicide bombings, Saudi officials detained about 100 people in a crackdown on extremists.
