LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Lufkin man pleaded no-contest to two drug charges and a burglary charge Friday morning in district court.

Leland Wayne Randolph, 25, was scheduled for a non-jury trial in Judge Paul White's courtroom, but entered the no-contest plea. A sentence for the crimes will follow a presentence investigation.

Randolph was arrested by Lufkin Police in Aug. 2009 following a block-long foot chase on the 300 block of Hubbard Street. Randolph had burglarized a home on that block.

Huntington Police had been looking for Randolph last August following a meth bust in a home on Gipson Street. Randolph had fled police there during the bust.
