8/8 Nacogdoches Police report

DURST AT LOOP 224 ~ FOUND PROPERTY ~ Officers meet with a comp in the lobby of the police dept. Who found a set of keys. The keys were recovered and logged into evidence for safe keeping.

1000 PEARLS ST ~ HIT AND RUN ~ An unknown actor was operating a black ford car struck the victims car from behind and fled the scene.

913 WELLS ~ DOG BIT ~ ON 080710 The complainant stated that three days earlier he had been playing with his pit bull dog in his back yard, when the dog bit his right forearm causing four puncture wounds.

900 PEARL ST ~ DWI ~ Officer were dispatched to the 900 blk. Of pearl St. In regards to a reckless driver complaint. Officer observed the vehicle in question turning eastbound onto Powers St. and initiated a traffic stop in the 100 blk. of Powers St. Following contact with the driver it was determined she was intoxicated and taken into custody.

911 W MAIN ST ~ WRONG OR FICTITIOUS REGISTRATION, ON 8-7-10, An officer was on patrol and spotted a vehicle with what appeared to be an altered registration sticker.  A traffic stop revealed that the driver had indeed altered his vehicle registration sticker.  subject was arrested and transported to N.L.E.C. for housing. Rafael Arrellano was arrested

5105 NORTH ST ~ AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON x 2; EVADING ARREST; PROHIBITED WEAPON ~ Suspect, Rakeem Levon Rhodes, was involved in a large fight at Rudy's on North St.  Witnesses stated, Rhodes hit two females subjects in the facial area with a set of brass knuckles.  Officers contacted Rhodes as he was attempting to leave the area in a vehicle.  After a foot pursuit the suspect was arrested.

20 WATERFORD DR ~ FURNISHING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE TO A MINOR ~ Officers responded to this address concerning a large fight involving 15 or more subjects.  Upon arrival officers located a large party with numerous underage subjects consuming alcohol. Sam Badders was arrested for furnishing alcohol to minors

320 ZENO ST ~ EVADING ARREST ~ Officers responded to a noise complaint at the above address.  Officers attempted to contact subjects believed to be drinking under age.  Subjects observed officers wearing the uniform of the day and fled from the scene on foot.  Officers gave verbal commands to the fleeing suspects to stop.  Officers were able to apprehend one of the subjects without further incident.  Officers arrested Logan Skeeters for the offense.

900 MLK ~ DWLI ~Officers contacted a subject, Nelson Lopez, who was operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway for a traffic violation.  The subject was found to be operating the vehicle on a suspended license and without insurance.  The subject was taken into custody.

1514 NORTH ST ~ FURNISHING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE TO A MINOR ~ While conducting an inspection at a local bar, officers contacted two minors who were seen drinking an alcoholic beverage.  During the contact, officers learned that the waiter, Jacob Falcon Tucker, served the minors.  Officers contacted Tucker who informed officers that he did serve the subjects.  He further stated that he did not check their identification.  He was arrested.

2805 NORTH ST ~ THEFT FROM A PERSON ~ Complainant, alleges that she was approached by three black males in the parking lot.  She states that while talking to the males one of the black males grabbed her cell phone from her hands.  Complainant stated all three males then fled on foot.

800 THIRD ST ~ DWLI ~ Officers contacted a subject, Gregory Pernell Davis, as the driver and sole occupant of a vehicle during a traffic stop.  Davis was found to be driving on a suspended license.  Davis was arrested and taken to N.L.E.C for processing.

100 W MAIN ST ~ POM ~ Officers contacted a subject for traffic violations. During the contact the suspect was found to be in poss of marijuana and was arrested.
