8/8 Lufkin Police report

ROBBERY 1700 BLK. W. FRANK A man reported being robbed at gunpoint. Cash and a cell phone were reported stolen.

BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE 700 S. TIMBERLAND A woman reported someone broke out a window on her vehicle, possibly in an attempt to burglarize the vehicle. Nothing was reported missing.

BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE 4600 BLK. S. MEDFORD Several people reported their vehicles being broken into with numerous items missing.

BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE 1600 BLK. TULANE Two people reported their vehicles being broken into.  Items listed as stolen were change and a bible.

ASSAULT 100 BLK. SHADY BEND A woman reported observing a friend get assaulted by the friend's live in boyfriend. The woman said she observed minor injuries and medical treatment was not sought.

HARASSMENT 300 BLK. ABNEY A man reported his estranged wife was making harassing phone calls to him and showing up at his place of employment, causing a scene.

THEFT 3500 BLK. N. JOHN REDDITT A man reported someone stole his wheels and tires off of his truck.

THEFT 600 BLK. CLINGMAN A man reported his son possibly stole numerous items from his residence while he was in Mexico.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING 1200 S. CHESTNUT Officers responded to a burglary alarm.  Upon arrival, Officers discovered the store had been entered and several cartons of cigarettes were stolen.

ASSAULT 900 BLK. ROWE A man reported he was assaulted with a beer bottle.  The man received numerous cuts to the head and face area.  The man was treated at a local hospital.

EVADING ARREST OR DETENTION 2300 BLK. HOLLY Officers received a call of suspicious activity.  Officers made a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle and a passenger exited the vehicle and fled on foot.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 1400 BLK. BRIARWOOD A woman reported her vehicle was "keyed".
