8/13/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Hit and run; 1200 block of Mound Street: Complainant's vehicle was struck in the front by an unknown vehicle that left the scene.

DWI; 1500 block of East Main: Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated driver. Officer stopped the vehicle and suspected the driver of being intoxicated and arrested him.

Theft; 4100 block of North Street: Complainant reported a purse missing from inside a residence after a visitor left.

Burglary of a habitation; 3100 block of Pearl Street: A residence was forcibly entered and several DVD's and six rings and two watches were stolen. The rings were three University of Hardin Baylor bowl football rings, years 2002-2004; Oklahoma state bowl ring; Oklahoma state insight bowl ring; 2008 and 2009 southern Mississippi New Orleans bowl. An Oklahoma state bowl watch and Southern Mississippi New Orleans bowl watch were also taken.

Criminal mischief; 1800 block of Pearl: Two vehicles had windows damaged by possible bb gun.

Criminal mischief; 2800 block of Pearl: A top on a jeep was cut, possibly with a knife.

Assault; 3200 block of North Street: Two individuals were involved in a disturbance. One of the  participants hit the other with a lamp. The suspect was arrested.
