8/15 Nacogdoches Police report

1507 North (Theft) Complainant rode with friends to a club and left several personal items in the car before entering the club.  Upon return he discovered his wallet, camera and pocketknife were missing.  He believes one of the vehicle's passengers took his property.

NW Stallings (BMV) Forced entry into vehicle left at Mike Perry's for repair.  Several flip down video screens and a small DVD player were taken.

3500 North St. (DWLI) Officers stopped a vehicle after receiving a call about a reckless driver.  the driver had multiple counts of suspensions by DPS.  He was arrested.

142 Walker Ave (BMV) Sometime between late Saturday night and early Sunday morning someone broke the front passenger side window and removed a black bag.  The bag contained a college math book worth $130.

100 W. Hospital St. (Fail to ID Fugitive) Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and the driver gave the officer a fake name.  She was arrested for this and the theft by check warrant.

1605 North St. (DWI – Felony 3) Off duty officer observed a vehicle swerving all over the roadway.  Officers stopped the vehicle and found the driver in a very intoxicated condition.  She was placed under arrest.

1507 North St. (POM & PI) Officer observed a man arguing with another person and pushing him.  Officer detained the suspect and found him intoxicated.  A small bag of marijuana was found in his pocket.  He was arrested.

1400 Mckewen Dr. (DWI) A witness reported a woman drove through their yard.  Officer found vehicle stopped with one tire up on the curb.  The driver was passed out.  Officer found her to be in a very intoxicated condition and placed her under arrest.

1724 South St. (DWI) Officers responded to a single vehicle accident where the vehicle ran through a utility pole.  The driver was transported to memorial hospital. Warrant requested.
