8/19 Nacogdoches Police report

Theft; 2100 block of railroad. A cell phone was reported missing from a residence. Several persons had been in the residence prior to the theft.

 

Sexual assault; 312 west main street. Complainant reported being sexually assaulted by an unknown male last Saturday.

 

Burglary of a habitation; 2500 block of pettit. Suspect forcibly entered a residence and removed an xbox, playstation 2 and apair of Nike shoes.

 

Terroristic threat; 600 block of muckleroy. The suspect demanded money from a elderly individual. He then threatened her and took her emergency button. The suspect was arrested.

 

Burglary; 500 block of northern oak. A baby sitter left a home with the child and returned to find a male suspect inside the residence. The babysitter thought the male was an acquaintance of the owner, but was not. This occurred Tuesday and was reported Wednesday.

 

Theft; 2700 block of north street. Unknown suspect removed a spare tire from a vehicle.

 

Theft; 1600 block of cardinal. Complainant loaned a cell phone to a known suspect who has not returned it.

 

Burglary of a habitation; 2400 block of Douglass highway. Complainant believes that a known suspect entered the residence and removed  a small amount of cash.

 

Assault; 700 block of west seale. Complainant reported being assaulted by a known suspect. The suspect was still on the scene and was arrested.

 

Theft by a public servant; 3300 block of south street. A member of a volunteer fire department reportedly pumped gasoline into a personal vehicle and charged it to a vfd. Investigation underway.
