Longtime fugitive Eric Rudolph is next headed to Asheville, North Carolina, where a hearing is expected to be held Monday to determine where he'll go after that.
Eric Rudolph is charged with four bombings in Georgia and Alabama, including the explosion at Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park during the 1996 Summer Olympics.
The top F.B.I agent in Charlotte says Rudolph is scheduled to be taken to Asheville later today, though that plan could change. The federal court in Asheville will decide whether Rudolph should be taken to Atlanta, where the 1996 Olympic Park bombing and two other attacks occurred, or to Birmingham, Alabama, where an abortion clinic was bombed.
