BEAUMONT, TX (News Release) -

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - Three adults and a juvenile were taken into custody early Tuesday after acting like they would return a wallet to a man and instead robbing his home, according to a Nacogdoches Police report.

According to a report, a man on the 1200 block of Ridgewood Drive received a phone call from someone offering to return his wallet. But when the victim answered the door, several suspects armed with a shotgun were there to greet him.

The suspects entered the residence and took three televisions, clothing and a small amount of cash. After they left the scene, the victim called 911 and police were able to locate a suspect vehicle on the 800 block of Locke Street, the report stated.

Police arrested Stevie D. Pruitt, 24, Marquez James, 17, and Kendrick Teel, 26, all of Nacogdoches, and a juvenile.

Police were also able to recover the stolen items.
