9/13/10 Nacogdoches Police Report

Theft - 1400 Block of Durst Street.  Complainant reported that a known suspect had taken a refrigerator out of a camper trailer without permission.

Harassment - 1400 Block of Martinsville.  Complainant reported that unknown persons had created Blog accounts on the Internet and named the complainant as the originator.

Terroristic Threats - 1000 Block of Douglass Road.  Complainant reported that a suspect threatened to kill him.  The complainant knows the suspect on sight and only knows his first name.

Criminal Mischief – 2200 Block of Marty.  Complainant reported that unknown suspects broke a glass window out of a parked SUV.

Theft – 1500 Block of North Street.  An employee of a business reported that two suspects stole the employee's purse.  The purse was later located in a dumpster on Baker Street.

Assault – 600 Block of South Fredonia.  Complainant was involved in a disturbance with a family member.  As the complainant was leaving, the suspect allegedly pushed the complainant.  The complainant does not wish to file charges.

Theft – 2900 Block of Santa Fe Place.  A purple huffy bicycle was removed form a front porch of a residence.

Assault – 1700 Block of Boney Street.  Officers responded to a 9-1-1 hang up.  It was determined that a disturbance had occurred at the residence, where two sisters pushed each other.  Parties separated.
