9-17-10 Lufkin Police report

Burglary of a building - 3200 block of East Laura: A known suspect took a washer and dryer and an air conditioning unit from a rental trailer.

Burglary of a building - 1300 block of Douglass highway:  Unknown suspects forced entry into a building and took a 32" Sony television.

Theft - 400 block of north street:  complainant reported that unknown suspects took a wallet and it's contents. Contents included identification and credit cards.

Theft - 4000 block of north Stallings drive:  A known suspect reportedly took over $200.00 from a business without consent. Warrant requested.

Burglary of a habitation - 2800 block of Logan Circle:  A residence was forcibly entered and a television and DVD player were taken.

Criminal mischief: 400 block of South Popp: Unknown suspects broke a taillight out of a vehicle.

Theft - 3800 block of North Street:  Complainant reported that during the day, unknown suspects removed several costumes from a store.

DWI: 2100 block of North Street: Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was found to have a suspended driver's license and was arrested.

Credit card abuse -300 block of East Main:  A suspect attempted to use a stolen credit card at a store in the 100 block of North Street (in ref-above theft at 400 North Street). Officers located the suspect in the 300 block of east main and found the suspect in possession of stolen property from the earlier call. The suspect gave officers a false name. Donelle foster was arrested, stolen credit card was recovered, and it was found that the suspect was also wanted out of Gregg county for credit card abuse.

DWI - 2800 block of north street:  Officer stopped a vehicle that was weaving in traffic. Officers contacted the driver and suspected her of being intoxicated. The driver was arrested.

Assault - 3400 block of east main: Two suspects were involved in a disturbance. One suspect hit the other with a glass mug, and fled the scene.

DWI - 100 block of Logansport:  officers responded to a minor accident. One of the involved drivers was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested.
