Collision kills one person, leaves Nacogdoches woman in critical condition

Trinity Co, TX (KTRE) – A fatal collision on State Highway 19, four miles northwest of Trinity, killed one person and injured three others shortly after 9 Friday night.

Howard was taken to East Texas Medical Center in Trinity where he's listed in fair condition.  His passenger, Doris Johnson, 68, of Grapeland died at the scene.

The Ford Crown Victoria was driven by Douglas Delroe, 52, of Huntsville.  He was injured and taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston.  He's listed in fair condition.  His passenger, Jessica Bryan, 19, of Nacogdoches was also taken to Hermann Memorial and is listed in critical condition.

Investigators said all of them were wearing seatbelts.
