9/18/10 Lufkin Police Report

Criminal Mischief  - 109 Temple

Window of resident was reported to have been broken out.

Aggravated Assault – 3053 S. John Redditt Drive

The victim, black male, advised that he and his family were having dinner, when he was approached by two Hispanic male subjects who exchanged words with him.  The victim stated one of the males pulled a knife and threatened to kill the victim.  The business manager told the suspects that he was calling the police and the suspects left the business.  Investigators said racial slurs were reportedly used.  The incident happened at CiCi's Pizza shortly after 6 Friday evening.  Investigation continues.

Theft – 508 Willow Bend

The victim reported that a UPS package was reported stolen from her front porch.

Theft – 106 Percy Simond

The victim advised that her child's father removed a debit card from her purse without her permission.

Harassment – 1710 W. Frank Avenue

Subject reported that he has been receiving threats against his person and property from an ex-girlfriend via Facebook.

Criminal Mischief – 1710 W. Frank

The victim reported that his vehicle had been "keyed" while he was at work.

Fraud – 736 Clingman

Subject reported that his ex-wife used his social security number to open a phone account.

Theft/B – 4506 Ellen Trout Drive

Victim advised that her home health worker has been taking her money.

Burglary/vehicle – 2912 Brentwood

A witness was leaving the business when he heard the sound of glass breaking and observed one suspect enter a vehicle.  As he approached the vehicle, the suspect got into a vehicle with two other suspects and fled the scene.

Burglary - 1616 Tulane

Entry was forced into a vehicle and a 4G iPhone was stolen.

Burglary/vehicle - 4600 S. Medford

Entry was forced into a vehicle and an IPod Touch was stolen.

Burglary/building - 2104 N. John Redditt Drive

The front doors to the business were forced open and 3 welding machines and several other welding type tools were taken.
