9/19/10 Lufkin Police Report

BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE - 3300 BLK. LOTUS LANE

A woman called the Police after a friend said he had witnessed two people inside her car.  The woman told Officers her car stereo was missing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - 700 BLK. S. TIMBERLAND

A woman reported she had an argument with her estranged husband.  The woman reported she later found all four of her tires had been slashed.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION - 500 BLK. GLENWOOD

A woman reported someone broke into her house.  The woman reported a stereo and men's clothing missing.

ASSAULT - 900 BLK. TOWNWOOD

A woman reported she went to her children's father's house to pick up the children.  An argument started and the children's father pushed the woman down and threw a drink at her, striking her in the hip.  Minor injuries were reported.

THEFT - 700 BLK. HOSKINS

A woman reported that while getting her hair done, her cell phone was stolen.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION - 100 BLK. W. LAUREL

A man reported someone entered his residence and stole a laptop computer and a necklace.

THEFT - 100 BLK. CHAMPIONS

A man reported wiring money for the sale of a dog.  When the man arrived in Lufkin to take possession of the dog, he was told another person had already picked up the dog.

ASSAULT - 2500 BLK. DANIEL MCCALL

A woman reported being assaulted by her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend.

THEFT - 2400 BLK. E. DENMAN

A witness reported observing a man walk to an outside clothes rack and remove several items.  The witness said the man got back into his vehicle and drove off.

ASSAULT - 100 BLK. N. TIMBERLAND

A woman reported being assaulted by her cousin over an incident that took place earlier in the day.  Minor injuries were reported.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - 100 BLK. N. JOHN REDDITT

A man reported someone spilled some type of liquid in his vehicle.

THEFT - 1500 BLK. LAKEVIEW

A man reported someone stole the louvers off of the rear window of his pickup truck.

THEFT - 1100 BLK. E. DENMAN

A woman reported a man entered a store, picked up a 30 pack of beer and walked out without paying for the beer.  The woman said the man got into a vehicle with several other occupants and fled the area.

THEFT - 800 BLK. N. TIMBERLAND

A man reported a pipe crimping tool was stolen out of a work truck.

ASSAULT - 1600 BLK. E. DENMAN

A woman reported being struck in the neck during the night by her boyfriend.
