9/22/10 Lufkin Police report

Assault - 1100 Block North First Street: At approximately 2:20 A.M. on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that approximately thirty minutes earlier that date three known suspects assaulted the complainant and damaged a vehicle parked at the complainant's residence, located in the 1100 block of North First Street.  According to the report, the male complainant stated that the three female suspects sprayed him and his residence with pepper spray and used a board to damage a window of a vehicle owned by the complainant's girlfriend.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers located the suspects' vehicle at a residence located in the 300 block of Church Street but did not locate the suspect, and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 600 Block Newsom Avenue: On Tuesday, September 21, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 5:30 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) broke a window of the complainant's residence, located in the 600 block of Newsom Avenue.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 1300 Block Tulane Drive: At approximately 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 21, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that approximately twenty minutes earlier that date approximately five suspects assaulted the complainant as the complainant walked along the Azalea Trail near Kiwanis Park.  According to the report, the male complainant refused to provide the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer any information concerning or descriptions of the suspects.  The report stated that the Officer drove the complainant to the complainant's residence and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 300 Block South Chestnut Street: At approximately 1:45 P.M. on Tuesday, September 21, 2010, a Lufkin Police Department Officer met at Memorial Medical Center in Lufkin with a complainant that reported that approximately thirty minute earlier that date she was assaulted in the 300 block of South Chestnut Street by a known suspect.  According to the report, the female complainant stated that during an argument the suspect, the complainant's ex-husband, pushed the complainant to the ground.  The report stated that the Officer photographed the complainant's injuries, abrasions to her hand and arm, and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Forgery/Counterfeiting - 1600 Block South Chestnut Street: On Tuesday, September 21, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified actor(s) had passed multiple fraudulent checks on the complainant's bank account.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) created checks using the complainant's bank account number and passed the checks in the Dallas, Texas area.  According to t the report, the complainant stated that they believe the bank account information was stolen during a recent burglary of the complainant's vehicle that occurred in The Woodlands, Texas.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft/Felony - 1100 Block South Timberland Drive: On Tuesday, September 21, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified actor(s) stole ten commercial string trimmers from the open bed of a truck parked in the parking lot of Motel Six, located in the 1100 block of South Timberland Drive.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
