LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - A Huntington man accused of stabbing and clubbing a man in his wife's bedroom has turned himself in on a charge of aggravated assault.
According to the police report, James Allen Young, 47, forced himself into his wife's Lufkin residence, located on the 200 Block of McHale Road and confronted another man in a bedroom of the home, 47-year-old Daniel Williams, also of Huntington.
According to the police report, during the fight, Williams was struck in the shoulder with a club and stabbed with a knife three times on his left side.
The report stated Williams was able to get the club away from Young, who then left in a vehicle.
Young bonded out of the Angelina County Jail for $10,000 shortly after turning himself in.
