10/6/10 Nacogdoches Police Report

 Unattended Death 3200 Block of North Street

 Officers responded to an unattended death.  The deceased reportedly had medical problems and no obvious signs of foul play were observed.  Official ruling on cause of death will be made by Justice of the Peace after autopsy.

Criminal Mischief 1200 Block of Raguet Street

Two vehicles that were parked and unattended were damaged by unknown objects.  One vehicle had marks on the fender and another had a dent in the gas cap cover.

Driving without License 1500 Block of Virginia

A vehicle was stopped on traffic violation and the driver was found to have a suspended driver's license and was uninsured.  The driver was arrested and vehicle impounded.

Harassment 100 Block of West College

Complainant continues to receive text messages from a know suspect after being told to stop.  Warrant requested.

Theft 1600 Block of Park Street

Complainant reported that unknown suspects had stolen some money that was left at a residence for an extended period of time.

Hit and Run South Street at Southeast Stallings Drive

Complainant reported driving and changing lanes and was struck by an unknown truck hauling logs.  The log truck did not stop and give information.  

Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle 3300 Block of Old Tyler Road

A Chevrolet Tahoe was taken by unknown suspects.  The vehicle was recovered later, after being involved in a hit and run accident.

Disorderly Conduct-Failure to Identify 2100 Block of Durst

Officers responded with Child Protective Services.  The suspect created a disturbance and gave officers a false name.  The suspect was arrested.
