10/17/10   THEFT/B 800 Block of S TIMBERLAND DR

Employee working the cash register reported a man pushed a buggy with bags full of merchandise past the cash registers and out the front door without paying for any of the items.  The employee was able to get one of the bags of merchandise back, but the suspect left with the rest on a bicycle.

10/17/10   CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 200 Block of HOPKINS ST

Woman reported that sometime during the night, someone threw a large piece of concrete through the back glass of her vehicle.

10/17/10   THEFT 700 Block of LUBBOCK

Man reported that three packages of meat were stolen from his refrigerator.

10/17/10   TERRORIST THREAT  700 Block of RAGUET

Man reported that his life is being threatened by a man in retaliation for an assault that occurred last spring.

10/17/10   THEFT/B 2300 Block of MOFFETT DR

Man reported that over the last three months, he has been having tools come up missing from his back yard patio.

10/17/10   CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 1300 Block of WEINER

Woman reported that sometime during the night, someone broke out the passenger window of her vehicle.  Nothing was reported to have been found missing from the vehicle at time of report.

10/17/10   BURGLARY 1300 Block of WEINER

Man reported that sometime during the early morning hours, someone had broken out the drivers side window of his vehicle.  Nothing was reported to have been found missing from the vehicle at time of report. 

10/17/10   BURGLARY/VEHICLE 800 Block of TAYLOR

Man reported that after his car alarm went off, he observed a male subject inside his car.  The man reported that he was able to sneak up on the subject and hit him with metal meat tenderizing mallet before the suspect was able to flee on foot.

10/17/10   THEFT 300 Block of RANDYBROOK

Man reported that sometime during the night, his wallet was stolen from the night stand next to his bed
