LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A Lufkin man has pleaded guilty to stalking a woman and firing shots into a home back in May.
Michael Dewayne Thompson, 49, will serve two concurrent six-year terms in prison for stalking and deadly conduct.
Thompson was arrested in May for following a woman to her friend's house and firing shots into the home.
According to a previous report, the woman said Thompson had been stalking her for two years.
"There was one time when he called 50 times," the victim said. "I think it was 54 times in about a two-hour period."
