10/28/2010 Nacogdoches Police Report

THEFT  4900 Block of North Street

An unknown suspect entered a store and stole a pair of shoes.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION 3100 Block of Santa Fe Place

A known female suspect entered complainant's residence without permission, went to the kitchen and retrieved a kitchen knife.  The female then came at the complainant, who grabbed the knife.  The complainant then fled the residence.  The suspect was gone on police arrival.  Warrant requested.

HARRASSMENT 2400 Block of Pettit

Complainant advised that a known suspect called him and threatened him.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA 500 Block of North University Drive

A vehicle was stopped for traffic.  A small amount of suspected marijuana was found on the seat.  The suspect was arrested.

ROBBERY  200 Block of Stone Street

Three black male suspects wearing dark clothing and facemasks attacked a man and took his wallet.  They then fled in a vehicle.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT  800 Block of North Street

While employees were remodeling the Tent-A-Center, they discovered a Hispanic male exiting the restroom at 4 a.m.  He tried to get out but all of the doors were locked.  An employee approached the suspect who produced a knife and began waving it around.  The suspect then exited the emergency exit.  Officer pursued the suspect on foot, but did not apprehend him.
