11/3/2010 Nacogdoches Police Report

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE   500 BLOCK OF STEEN DRIVE

A vehicle was entered and a Garmin GPS, a Sony camera, $200 cash and an iPhone cord were taken.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION   2200 BLOCK OF GOUND STREET

A residence was entered and two mirrors, a picture and three framed Bible verses were taken.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA   1900 BLOCK OF WODEN ROAD

Officers stopped a vehicle for traffic.  Further investigation revealed a quantity of suspected marijuana in the vehicle.  The driver was arrested.

HARASSMENT   900 BLOCK OF DURST

A known suspect continues to telephone the complainant after being told not to do so.

FORGERY   1200 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS ROAD

Complainant reported that a known suspect had cashed a check without permission.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE   200 BLOCK OF WEST AUSTIN

An unsecured vehicle was entered and five packs of cigarettes were taken.

BURGLARY   2200 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN

Complainant advised that over the weekend, a building was entered by unknown suspects and a vending machine was damaged.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF   2600 BLOCK OF DAYBREAK

Unknown suspect damaged complainant's vehicle hood and windshield.

DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE   200 BLOCK OF POWERS

A suspect was stopped on traffic and found to have a suspended driver's license.  The vehicle was also uninsured.  The driver was arrested.

FORGERY   900 BLOCK OF SOUTH FREDONIA

Complainant reported that an unknown suspect had used his social security number to gain employment.

FOUND PROPERTY   300 BLOCK OF MACKECHNEY

A black and silver iPhone was found by the complainant.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF   600 BLOCK OF PERRY DRIVE

The rear window of a vehicle was broken out by unknown suspects.

THEFT  4500 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE

A package containing a camera was delivered to an office.  Unknown suspects took the camera before the complainant could pick it up.

EVADING ARREST-POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA   300 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN

Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic.  The vehicle refused to stop and went to a residence in the 100 block of Popp Street.  The driver was arrested, and found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.  Tyrone Bryant was arrested.
