11/07/10 DISTURBANCE/DOMESTIC  600 Block of ABNEY

Parents of a teenage daughter reported catching her adult boyfriend hiding in her bedroom early in the morning.

11/07/10 ASSAULT               100 Block of N JOHN REDDITT DR

Woman reported that her ex-boyfriend and co-worker caused a disturbance at her place of employment and hit her in the arm.

11/07/10 THEFT/B               400 Block of N TIMBERLAND DR

Man reported that he had left his wallet laying on the counter of a convenience store, and when he remembered and returned for it, he learned from the clerk that another customer after him had picked it up.

11/06/10 ASSAULT/AGGRAVATED    FREEMAN at MCHALE

24 year old Victor Felix of Lufkin reported that while walking in the area of Freeman at McHale around 7:00 pm Saturday evening, he was confronted by several unknown subjects claiming gang affiliation who began assaulting him, one of which struck him with a baseball bat.  Felix was taken to Woodland Heights Hospital by his girlfriend where he was treated for a laceration to his forehead.

Man reported that caretakers to his vacant house for sale found several windows broken out on the back side of the residence.

    Temporarily calling the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter a home, Remi is hoping to find something a little more permanent. Caretakers said the one-year-old dog is playful and loves attention. Remi was brought into the shelter as a stray about three weeks ago. "He gets along with the other dogs.
