11-08-2010 Burglary/Vehicle   400 Block Randybrook Drive

On Monday, November 08, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 5:00 P.M. on November 07, 2010 and 12:30 A.M. on November 08, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 400 block of Randybrook Drive.  According to the report, the complainant was not certain that the vehicle's doors were locked but stated that the actor(s) removed from within the vehicle a removable vehicle console and the complainant's wallet, which contained the complainant's driver's license, social security card, and debit card.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

11-07-2010 Burglary/Vehicle   1000 Block Clinton Drive

On Sunday, November 07, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot of Winston Park, located in the 1000 block of Clinton Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the vehicle's doors were not locked and that the actor(s) removed from within the vehicle the complainant's purse, which contained the complainant's wallet, driver's license, social security card, debit card, and identification card.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

11-07-2010 Assault/C      100 Block North Timberland Drive

At approximately 12:20 P.M. on Sunday, November 07, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to a business located in the 100 block of North Timberland Drive in reference to a disturbance that had just occurred.  According to the report, the complainant, an employee of the business, stated that a known female suspect assaulted the complainant by splashing him with tea from a bottle the suspect was holding.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he confronted the suspect after she became angry inside of the business because employees would not sell cigarettes to the suspect without the suspect presenting identification to verify her age.  The report stated that the complainant was directed to contact the Lufkin City Attorney's Office to sign a Complaint regarding the incident.

11-07-2010 Burglary/Vehicle   100 Block Shady Bend Drive

On Sunday, November 07, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 10:00 P.M. on November 06, 2010 and 10:00 A.M. on November 07, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 100 block of Shady Bend Drive.  According to the report, the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer did not observe signs that entry into the vehicle was forced and the complainant stated that the actor(s) removed from within the vehicle a Jensen brand multimedia car audio/video receiver.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

11-07-2010 Burglary/Vehicle   1000 Block Old Orchard Drive

On Sunday, November 07, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between 12:00 A.M. and 7:00 A.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 1000 block of Old Orchard Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the vehicle's doors were not locked and that the actor(s) removed from within the vehicle a radar detector and numerous keys.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation and that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer discovered two other vehicles in the Old Orchard Drive and Fuller Springs Drive area that were left unlocked and were burglarized.
