LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A Crockett man was cited for not yielding the right-of-way in a two-vehicle wreck Monday afternoon in front of Ralph & Kacoo's in Lufkin.

According to Lufkin Police Officer Bradley Baker, Benjamin Horton, 82, was driving a Buick southbound on U.S. 59 around 3:15 p.m. when he crossed in front of Deedee Cooley, 45, of Lufkin. Cooley's Chrysler Minivan hit Horton's, knocking Horton's vehicle over two street signs and into the grass area in front of the restaurant.
